Project is located in the new high-end area of the Dubai, called Dubai Creek Harbor and comprises of two tower 48 story Residential / Hotel tower with common 1 level podium structure and 4 level basement car-park. Due to the high slenderness ration and satisfying building dynamics was the main structural design challenge.
