This Project involves design of an additional tower as an extension of existing 5-star hotel & beach resort. The tower is 31-storey, 127 m high with total BUA of 36,000 sqm. This is feature architectural design with GRC screen façade and structure was designed in RC/PT while steel structure was used to support large span podium structure with swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
