Project comprises 2-Level Water Restaurant which will be part of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It is fully constructed above see surface and has total BUA of 1,500 sqm. DDE has done design of the Super-Structure using structural steel and has achieved main objective which was to make structure as light as possible.
