This residential building is set to be a landmark of the city of Colombo. It comprises two residential towers – structure of one tower is vertical with a height of 230.1 meters (68-storey) and the other tower is inclined from level 5 to level 39 and from L39 becomes vertical up to roof level at a height of 209.1 meters (63-storey). The inclined tower has an angle of 13.8 and is leaning towards the vertical tower. The towers are connected by the steel frame/ bridge at levels 18-19 and 39-41 and are designed as RC structure with the steel outriggers at levels 38-40.
