Serviced apartment tower comprising 2 basement levels and 66 levels above ground with total height of 266 m. With BUA of around 230,000 m² at the time of design it was one of the biggest single apartment buildings in Dubai. Structure was designed as RC frame with PT slabs with Outriggers located at the mechanical floors which were designed as composite steel trusses.
