This is the Premier + GEMS school, with the challenging state of the art architectural design with long spans and cantilevers. Total BUA is around 48,000 m2 with external and internal sports facilities and 50m swimming pool. Structural system includes combination of RC / Precast Concrete and Composite Steel design.
