Belgrade Waterfront is mixed use master plan development covering 1 million sqm. Plot 18 was one of the first buildings to be constructed and it consists of two residential towers, each 23-storey, (82 meters) high with 2 basement levels and total GFA of 54,185 sqm. Structural design for towers is done as the conventional RC structure for vertical and horizontal elements.
