This large-scale development is intended primarily for residential & retail use. Project comprises 7 plots / hills that have a total of 26 low to medium-rise buildings ranging in height from G+4 to G+9 stories. Total design BUA is around 260,000 sqm. Structural design is done as the conventional RC structure with raft foundation on improved soil, without piles.
