GEMS American Academy comprises elongated building (G+3+R) of irregular shape with total BUA of 42,000 sqm and it is located at the plot size of around 70,000 m2. Building has challenging architectural design that included large span internal sports facilities (triple gym), 560 seats capacity hall as well as 50m long (Olympic size) swimming pool. Structural system included combination of RC/Precast Concrete and Composite steel design. School is successfully completed and currently is fully operational.
